Motivate Media Group is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant (Payables) to join our dynamic team. We seek a qualified professional preferably CA CWA ACCA or CPA with strong expertise in accounts payable financial reporting budgeting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounts payable process including invoice processing vendor payments and reconciliation.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of suppliers freelancers and service providers.
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Assist in budgeting forecasting and financial analysis.
- Oversee bank reconciliation audit preparations and internal controls.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Professional qualification (CA CWA ACCA CPA preferred).
- Proven experience in accounts payable and general accounting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
