We are looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter to join our clients HR team. This is a full 360 recruitment role where you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in talent acquisition strong sourcing capabilities and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple business units
Create and optimise job descriptions to attract top talent
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and other platforms
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Prepare interview schedules and facilitate interview panels
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress
Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare reports
Support employer branding initiatives
Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment
Qualifications & Requirements
UAE National
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field
2-3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment
Proficiency with Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) or similar SAP systems
Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Experience in conducting effective interviews and candidate assessments
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
