SearchPlus HR is seeking a skilled Psychologist to join the Private Healthcare sector team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality psychological services to private patients providing assessments diagnoses and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Working within a fast-paced patient-focused environment you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support tailored to individual needs.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of psychological conditions and contribute to enhancing patients mental health and overall well-being.
Requirements
- Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) or equivalent qualification
- Valid and active licensure to practice as a psychologist within the private healthcare sector
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience preferably within private healthcare
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and therapeutic approaches
- Experience working with diverse patient populations and complex psychological cases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with patients and healthcare teams
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
- Capacity to manage a demanding caseload efficiently and independently
- Commitment to continuous professional development and healthcare best practices
