Job Title: IT Manager & ERP Lead – Dubai UAE
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager & ERP Lead to oversee the organization’s IT operations and lead the implementation optimization and governance of Oracle Fusion ERP. The role requires strong expertise in IT governance vendor management and digital transformation preferably within engineering EPC or manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Management (Oracle Fusion)
- Lead implementation customization and support of Oracle Fusion ERP
- Manage ERP modules (Finance Procurement Supply Chain etc.)
- Ensure system optimization performance and user adoption
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for enhancements
IT Operations & Governance
- Develop and enforce IT policies governance frameworks and controls
- Ensure IT systems are secure compliant and aligned with business needs
- Manage IT infrastructure systems and service delivery
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with ERP vendors consultants and service providers
- Oversee SLAs contracts and vendor performance
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams
Digital Transformation
- Drive digital initiatives and automation across business functions
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology
- Support business transformation through IT strategy and innovation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT Computer Science or related field
- 8–12 years of IT experience with strong ERP leadership exposure
- Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP (mandatory)
- Strong experience in:
- IT governance & compliance
- Vendor management
- Digital transformation initiatives
- Industry experience: Engineering / EPC / Manufacturing (preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
