Position: Sales Support Executive
Experience: 12 years
Location: Dubai
Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy
Salary RangeAED
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in a sales or sales support role
- Basic understanding of solar products and solutions
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (MANDATORY)
- Basic knowledge of Incoterms (preferred)
- Eager to learn grow and contribute to the team
- Looking for someone who is already in Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming leads and customer inquiries effectively
- Support the sales team in order processing and timely follow-ups
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues
- Understand and apply basic sales terms and international trade concepts (Incoterms)
- Assist with sales reporting and documentation while staying organized
- Show willingness to learn and continuously develop within the role
