Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Officer to ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations across mechanical and construction operations. The role involves implementing safety policies conducting inspections and promoting a strong safety culture on-site.

Key Responsibilities

The key duties and responsibilities of the HSE Officer include but are not limited to:

• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company safety standards

• Conduct regular site inspections audits and risk assessments

• Implement and monitor safety policies procedures and control measures

• Investigate incidents identify root causes and recommend corrective actions

• Coordinate with third-party certification bodies and ensure documentation compliance

• Deliver safety inductions toolbox talks and training sessions

• Monitor safe operation of heavy equipment and mobile plants

• Maintain HSE reports records and documentation using MS Office tools

• Support continuous improvement of safety systems and practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree (Mechanical or related field preferred)

• 24 years of UAE experience in mechanical/construction industry

• NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory)

• IOSH certification

• Knowledge of third-party certification requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Knowledge of heavy equipment and mobile plants (preferred)

• Strong understanding of UAE HSE regulations and best practices

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi required; Arabic is a plus)

• Strong analytical problem-solving and incident investigation skills
