About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Channel Sales Manager to develop and expand the distribution network for IT and audio accessories. This role involves managing channel partners driving sales growth and executing strategic initiatives to strengthen market presence and maximize revenue across retail and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Strategy & Development
Develop and implement channel sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify onboard and manage distributors resellers and retail partners.
Expand market reach through new channel partnerships and territories.
Strengthen relationships with key partners to drive long-term growth.
Sales Performance & Revenue Growth
Drive sales targets through channel partners and ensure consistent achievement.
Monitor partner performance and implement corrective actions when required.
Develop incentive programs and promotions to boost sales.
Forecast sales and manage pipeline across all channels.
Partner Management & Enablement
Build strong relationships with distributors and key accounts.
Provide training and support to partners on products and sales strategies.
Ensure partners are equipped with the necessary tools and marketing materials.
Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
Analyze market trends competitor activities and pricing strategies.
Identify opportunities for growth and product positioning.
Provide feedback to internal teams on market demand and customer preferences.
Support product launches and go-to-market strategies.
Sales Operations & Coordination
Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns and promotions.
Ensure effective stock management and availability across channels.
Monitor order processing delivery and partner satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales reports forecasts and CRM data.
Key Account Management
Manage relationships with key retail chains and large distributors.
Negotiate commercial terms pricing and agreements.
Drive visibility and placement of products across retail outlets.
Ensure alignment with partner business goals and expectations.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to company policies and channel guidelines.
Maintain proper documentation of agreements and transactions.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
610 years of experience in channel sales preferably in IT or consumer electronics.
Proven track record in managing distributors and achieving sales targets.
Experience in the Middle East market is preferred.
