IT Infrastructure Engineer
With experience in Microsoft 365
- Lead the design deployment and governance of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online SharePoint Online OneDrive and Microsoft Teams.
- Architect and manage Exchange environments () including hybrid configurations and cloud modernization initiatives.
- Drive tenant-to-tenant and on-premises to cloud migration projects ensuring minimal disruption and high data integrity.
- Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint and device lifecycle management across Windows and iOS platforms.
- Oversee identity and access management solutions using Entra ID (Azure AD) Azure AD Connect ADFS and SSO (SAML).
- Ensure robust security and compliance posture using tools such as Microsoft Purview DLP Conditional Access MFA Defender for Office 365 and Sensitivity Labels.
- Design and manage mail flow DNS configurations (SPF DKIM DMARC) and transport rules.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to streamline administrative tasks.
- Produce High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD) migration runbooks SOPs and audit documentation.
