Associate Planner UAE National

• Ensure personal compliance with all company Safety regulations and guidelines Quality System Operational and Human Resource policies procedures and practices including housekeeping procedures.
• Execute the purchasing plan by converting purchase requisitions topurchaseorders.
• Work with suppliers to meet plan delivery date and quantity requirements tooptimizeserviceinventoryand cost.
• Utilizetimelyand effective communication of issues inpurchasingmaterials that may result in poor plan adherence. This includes providing daily updates to advise both internal and external personnelregardingsupplier and open purchase order status exceptions identifyingappropriate re-planningand/or recommended courses of action to minimize non-conformances.
• Analyzepreviouspurchasing plans for deviations and work with the Procurement buyers and management todeterminehow future deviations can be prevented
• Achieve KPIs to support the organizations service working capital and cost goals. Provide formal and informal reporting on plant performance such as backorders plan adherence and inventory results.
• Notifyappropriate partiesand drive corrective action for inventory discrepancy resolution.
• Effectively communicate collaborating with suppliers internal plant personnel planning and Supply Chain management
• Balance several priorities at one time to effectively multi-task throughout the day

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• Immigration Sponsorship available for internal full time hire.
• Must be a UAE National

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors in business faculty.
• Extensive internship in Logistics environment.
• Completed Supply chain project as a part of graduation program.
• Excellent Excel & Word capabilities.
• Basic of B.I
• Excellent English conversant.
