Required Skills & Qualifications

Scope of Testing Engagement

Manage and deliver endtoend (E2E) testing engagements covering Supply Chain Finance (SCF – Qualco with Tesla and Proxima components) Trade Finance (Eximbills Enterprise) and Electronic Trade (ET) systems integrated within client ecosystem.

• Provide comprehensive testing services for Supply Chain Finance and Trade Finance products under WBG Channels including SCF (Tesla & Proxima) and Trade Finance (Eximbills Enterprise).
• Handle testing of key client exchangerelated transactions including rate requests deal requests sales rate exchanges promotional codes and related scenarios.
• Validate Electronic Trade (ET) calculation changes impacting Treasury ensuring no regression or impact on existing calculation behavior for current financing products.
• Perform E2E testing for Electronic Trade integrated with Trade Finance (Eximbills) covering both corporate frontend and backend applications and integrations.
• Cover testing for all Supply Chain Finance products Treasury products Trade Finance systems and WBG Channels.

Skill & Experience Requirements

1. Extensive QA Experience : Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance specifically within the banking domain with strong exposure to Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance products.
2. Domain Expertise: Strong handson knowledge of Core Banking Treasury Deposits Limits and Trade Finance transaction types including experience with Ethix and Eximbills systems.
3. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in tools and platforms such as Putty SSH Shell Rapid SQL PL/SQL Developer SQL Server Citrix ETL Informatica and Crystal Reports.
4. Test Documentation: Extensive experience in preparing reviewing and validating RTMs test cases test plans test strategies and test closure reports.
5. Testing Expertise: Strong capabilities in SIT and UAT including functional integration regression and endtoend testing across frontend and backend systems.
6. Automation Testing: Handson experience with automation testing tools such as UFT Selenium Playwright Etc. with proven experience in automating banking applications.
7. Defect & Requirement Management: Expertise in requirement analysis gap analysis between BRD and FSD defect tracking triage discussions and handling change requests.
8. Deployment & Validation: Experience in managing application and database deployments including validation of financial transactions and services postdeployment.
9. Project & Environment Management: Ability to manage UAT projects endtoend coordinate environment setup with IT teams maintain version control and conduct retrospectives.
10. Stakeholder Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with business users vendors and support teams for test execution and defect resolution.
11. Reporting & Metrics: Experience in preparing effort estimations capacity plans dashboards and daily/weekly status reports for senior management.
12. Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security regulatory and compliance standards maintain testing artifacts and support UAT coordination and formal signoff.
13. Leadership & Mentoring: Demonstrated ability in team building mentoring and leading cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
