We are recruiting an Usher for one of our clients based in Dubai UAE.
About Our Client:
Our client is a dynamic mobility solutions provider revolutionizing urban transport in Dubai through reliable ride-hailing efficient delivery services and eco-friendly micro-mobility optionsenhancing connectivity and convenience for everyday commuters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting arriving and departing passengers
- Providing clear directions to check-in counters boarding gates baggage claim security checkpoints restrooms restaurants and transportation areas
- Responding to passenger inquiries regarding flight schedules gate updates boarding times and airport facilities
- Escorting and supporting passengers with special needs to ensure a smooth travel experience
- Managing crowds and maintaining orderly queues for efficient passenger flow
Requirements
- Graduate or High School Diploma / Certificate in Travel or Hospitality
- Prior experience as an Usher Guest Attendant or Passenger Service Agent will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor
- Candidates on a spouse or father-sponsored visa are preferred
