Sales Executive Dubai

• Identify and acquire new restaurant and retail partners through field sales cold calling and networking

• Generate and qualify leads through research outreach referrals and market mapping to build a strong sales pipeline

• Present talabats value proposition and negotiate commercial agreements

• Onboard new partners and ensure a smooth integration into the platform

• Maintain strong relationships with partners to drive long-term collaboration

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive insights

• Collaborate with internal teams (account management marketing operations) to ensure partner success.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

• 13 years of experience in field sales preferably in e-commerce FMCG or technology startups.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus (e.g. Salesforce).

• Fluency in English.

• A valid driving license is a plus.
