ملخص الوظيفة
We are an established interior fit-out company in Dubai seeking a Joinery head to lead and coordinate production activities within our Joinery Division. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in joinery works able to manage day-to-day production operations and ensure precision efficiency and quality in line with project specifications
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise joinery production activities on-site and in the workshop.
- Read and interpret drawings specifications and cutting lists accurately.
- Quantify materials and accessories required for joinery works.
- Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of carpenters and technicians.
- Coordinate with project procurement and site teams to ensure timely execution.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with design and project requirements.
- Assist in resolving technical or production-related issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Dubai in a similar supervisory role within the joinery or interior fit-out sector.
- In-depth knowledge of joinery materials hardware tools and production processes.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
- Immediate availability to join.
