Project Manager – Mobile Networks

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager Mobile Networks to lead end-to-end delivery of mobile network projects across 2G/3G/4G/5G environments. This role will focus on managing rollout upgrades and optimization initiatives ensuring seamless execution compliance and alignment with client and business objectives in a high-demand telecom ecosystem.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle for mobile network projects (initiation planning execution delivery closure)
• Lead deployment and upgrade projects across RAN Core and Transmission networks
• Oversee rollout of 5G LTE and legacy network expansions including site build and integration
• Develop and manage project schedules budgets and resource plans
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (RF Transmission Core Field Operations NOC)
• Engage with clients OEMs (e.g. Huawei Nokia Ericsson) and subcontractors for delivery alignment
• Ensure achievement of KPIs SLAs and rollout targets within agreed timelines
• Manage site acquisition permitting installation testing and commissioning activities
• Identify project risks dependencies and bottlenecks; implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with telecom standards regulatory requirements and HSE policies
• Monitor vendor performance logistics and material availability
• Provide periodic reporting to senior management on progress risks and financials
• Drive process improvements cost efficiencies and quality assurance across projects
• Ensure proper documentation acceptance and project closure

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Electrical Engineering or related field
• 510 years of experience in telecom project management within mobile networks
• Strong experience in RAN (2G/3G/4G/5G) Core networks and transmission systems
• Proven track record in mobile network rollout swap and modernization projects
• Experience working with telecom operators and OEMs (Huawei Nokia Ericsson)
• Familiarity with tools and processes related to site rollout integration and optimization
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project Primavera or equivalent)
• Strong stakeholder management leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects in parallel
• PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred
• Knowledge of HSE standards and telecom regulatory compliance
• Strong financial management and cost control capabilities
