Key Responsibilities:
- Perform commissioning activities for fire protection systems including fire alarm firefighting and suppression systems.
- Conduct testing and inspection of systems such as:
- Fire alarm systems
- Sprinkler systems
- Fire pumps and hydrant systems
- Clean agent/gas suppression systems
- Coordinate with authorities for inspections testing and approvals.
- Ensure all systems comply with regulations local codes and international standards (NFPA etc.).
- Prepare and review commissioning plans method statements and test procedures.
- Witness and document functional tests performance tests and integrated system testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during commissioning.
- Coordinate with construction QA/QC and design teams to close snags and non-conformities.
- Prepare commissioning reports checklists and final handover documentation.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance manuals (O&M) are submitted.
- Support client training and final project handover.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards during commissioning activities
