Location: Fully remote you can be based anywhere in the world
Hours: Flexible at least 3 hours overlap with UK GMT or US EST
Salary: $2500$4000 USD/month
Contract: Full-time permanent

About the company

Remote World is partnering with a UK-based professional services consultancy to hire for this role. They deliver client projects across technology operations and finance and need a project coordinator to keep delivery on track.

The role

Youll coordinate project delivery maintaining plans chasing actions preparing status updates managing stakeholder communications and making sure nothing slips. Youll support multiple project managers and own the coordination layer that keeps projects moving.

What youll do

• Maintain project plans action logs and risk registers in Jira Asana or Notion
• Chase outstanding actions with stakeholders and report progress clearly
• Prepare weekly project status updates and board-level summaries
• Coordinate meetings agendas notes and follow-up actions
• Support budget tracking and resource scheduling

What youll need

• Organised and detail-oriented nothing falls through the cracks
• Clear communicator with both technical and business stakeholders
• Comfortable in project management tools
• Proactive: you escalate issues early not late

Nice to have

• CAPM PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent certification
• Experience in agile delivery environments
• Background in technology finance or professional services projects
