About the company

Remote World is partnering with a UK-based financial services and compliance firm to hire for this role. They support regulated businesses with licensing compliance monitoring and legal documentation.

The role

Youll support the compliance and legal teams with document management regulatory research filing and administrative coordination. Youll handle sensitive information with care and help ensure client obligations are met on time.

What youll do

• Maintain and organise compliance and legal document repositories
• Research regulatory requirements and summarise changes for the team
• Track licence renewal deadlines and filing obligations
• Support preparation of compliance reports and board packs
• Liaise with regulators external counsel and clients as directed

What youll need

• Strong written English and professional communication
• Meticulous with documentation accuracy is non-negotiable
• Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
• Organised and deadline-driven

Nice to have

• Background in compliance legal or financial services
• Familiarity with FCA or SEC regulatory frameworks
• Degree in law finance or a related field
