Looking for a Guest relations agent for our client based in Dubai.
Requirements :
- Review arrival lists to welcome guests
- Attend all the guest and answer their inquiries
- Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. business service area description)
- Provide information about the offerings business services
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
- Offer assistance with certain tasks
- Address customer concerns and escalate to the guest relations manager when needed
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
Requirements
- Experience as Guest Relations Agent for at least a year
- Proficiency in English and knowledge of Russian language is a plus
- Should be able to join immediately.
