PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT
The Card Product will support the design execution commercialization and post-launch ramp-up of spends for Amazons co-brand card in the UAE market
Key Activities
Core Scope
Product Management: Develop and implement product strategies and initiatives to meet the needs of clients. Design innovative credit card products and features tailored to the segment. Collaborate with cross- functional teams including marketing sales and operations to launch and promote new products
Portfolio Management: Monitor and analyze the performance of the credit card portfolio including profitability utilization and customer satisfaction. Identify trends opportunities and risks within the portfolio and develop strategies to address them. Optimize pricing fees and rewards to maximize revenue and customer retention
Scaling the Business: Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the credit card business. Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships to increase market share. Implement marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new clients and increase card usage
Risk Management: Monitor and manage credit risk fraud risk and compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to protect the business and customers
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including SME clients partners and regulatory authorities. Collaborate with sales teams to train and support them in promoting and selling SME credit card products

Achievement of product launch milestones
Growth in credit card portfolio (GDV)
Customer satisfaction and retention rates
Revenue and profitability targets
Compliance with regulatory requirements
Knowledge and Experience
Strong understanding of the UAE market financial products and regulatory environment in the Middle East
