About the Role

AsFabrication Manager you will lead the production and build of all event-related structures and scenic elements ensuring that creative ideas are translated into high-quality buildable realities.

This is ahands-on rolewhere you will oversee fabrication workshops suppliers materials and timelines ensuring all elements are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standard.

You will play a key role in bridgingcreative vision and physical execution ensuring every build reflects the quality and ambition of LINKVIVA projects.

You will:

• Oversee theend-to-end fabrication process including scenic elements stages installations and structures
• Translatedesign concepts and technical drawingsinto practical cost-effective build solutions
• Manage and coordinatesuppliers workshops and fabrication teams(joinery carpentry metalwork print)
• Ensure all builds meetquality standards specifications and safety requirements
• Track and manageproduction timelines resolving delays and material challenges proactively
• Work closely with project teams tomaintainbudget control and cost efficiency
• Supporton-site installation and execution ensuring seamless delivery
• Identifyopportunities toimprove processes materials and efficiencies
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to deliverinnovative and impactful builds

About You

Strong technical knowledge offabrication materials methods and construction processes

Highlyorganizedand process-driven able to managemultiple builds simultaneously

Detail-oriented with a focus onquality and finish

A proactive problem-solver able to adapt designs to real-world constraints

Collaborative and able to work acrosscreative production and site teams

Hands-on with a strong sense of ownership from concept through to delivery

What You Need to Apply

6 years of experience infabrication scenic production or event build environments

At least 2 years in asupervisory or management role

Strong ability to read and interprettechnical drawings

Experience overseeingjoinery metalwork and print production

Understanding ofhealth and safety standardsfor fabrication and installation

Fluent inEnglish (spoken and written)

Based in the UAE or open to relocation
