About the Role

AsProject Manager you will play a key role in the delivery of LINKVIVAs projects ensuring all elements are planned coordinated and executed to the highest standard.

You will either lead small-to-medium scale projects or manage key workstreams within larger complex projects reporting into a Project Director.

This is ahands-on fast-paced rolewhere you will coordinate teams manage stakeholders and ensure seamless execution from concept through to delivery and post-event wrap-up.

WhatYoullDo

• Take ownership ofproject delivery from planning through to execution and post-event close
• Manage relationships withclients internal teams suppliers and stakeholders
• Act as a keypoint of contact ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Develop and manageproject plans timelines and workflows
• Overseeday-to-day coordinationacross multiple workstreams
• Ensure all elements contribute to astrong and seamless guest experience
• Identifyopportunities to integratesponsorship and marketing value
• Managebudgets costs and financial trackingto ensure project performance
• Maintainaccurateproject documentation and reporting
• Supporton-site delivery ensuring smooth execution under pressure
• Leadpost-event reporting reconciliation and debriefs

About You

5 years of experience inevent or experiential project delivery

Highlyorganised with the ability to managemultiple moving parts simultaneously

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Commercially aware with an understanding ofbudgets and project performance

Proactive and solutions-focused infast-paced environments

A collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership

Passionate about deliveringhigh-quality experiences

What You Need to Apply

5 years of experience deliveringevents or experiential projects

Proven ability to manageprojects timelines and stakeholders

Previous experience working in theMiddle East

Strong understanding ofend-to-end event delivery

Fluent inEnglish (spoken and written)

Valid driving license
