About the Role

AsF&B Manager you will lead the curation management and delivery of food and beverage experiences across LINKVIVAs projects.

This is ahands-on rolewhere you willbe responsible forsourcing and managing a diverse portfolio of vendors ensuring high-quality culinary offerings that align with each events concept audience andobjectives.

You will play a key role in enhancing the overall guest experience throughthoughtful curation operational excellence and strong commercial management.

• Curate and manage adiverse portfolio of F&B vendorsaligned with event concepts and audiences
• Build andmaintainstrong relationships withfood trucks cafés caterers and hospitality partners
• Leadvendor sourcing onboarding and contracting processes
• Negotiatecommercial terms and partnershipstomaximisevalue and revenue
• Ensure all vendors meethealth safety and compliance standards
• Overseefood quality presentation and service standardsacross events
• Promotevariety and inclusivity ensuring a wide range of dietary options
• Manageon-site operations ensuring smooth vendor setup service flow and execution
• Monitor performance and usedata feedback and insightsto improve future experiences
• Collaborate with internal teams to alignF&B strategy with overall event delivery

About You

Strong experience withinF&B hospitality or event curation environments

Deep understanding of theregional food and vendor landscape

A strong relationship builder with the ability tomanage and grow vendor networks

Commercially aware with strongnegotiation and partnership skills

Highlyorganisedand operationally strong able to managemultiple vendors and projects

Detail-oriented with a focus onquality presentation and guest experience

Proactive and adaptable infast-paced live environments

What You Need to Apply

5 years of experience inF&B management hospitality or event environments

Proven experience invendor management and F&B operations

Strong network ofF&B vendors within the UAE

Knowledge ofUAE health safety and food regulations

Fluent inEnglish (spoken and written)

Based in the UAE or open to relocation
