Job Title: Telecaller (Female)
Location: Dubai (Candidates must be willing to relocate to Dubai)

Job Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Female Telecaller fluent in English and Arabic for our operations in Dubai. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls engaging with customers generating leads and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
- Communicate effectively in English and Arabic
- Generate leads and follow up with prospects
- Maintain and update customer database
- Achieve daily weekly and monthly targets
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Salary: 30000 per month Incentives
Requirements
- Minimum Graduate (Any discipline)
- 14 years of experience in telecalling / customer service / sales preferred
- Fluency in English & Arabic (Mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office CRM tools)
- Good persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills
- Target-driven with a positive attitude
- Female candidates only
