- Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
- Prepare review and submit regulatory documentation compliance reports and project filings.
- Act as the main point of contact for regulatory inquiries and inspections.
- Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory requirements impacting construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and legal teams to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate records of all approvals correspondence and compliance activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in regulatory coordination within civil construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of local state and federal construction regulations and permitting processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with government officials.
- Proficiency in document management and project tracking systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
