- Manage and process online sales orders with accuracy and timely fulfillment
- Handle customer inquiries across Instagram TikTok and WhatsApp Business professionally
- Maintain and update website content (Shopify or similar platforms)
- Organize and track customer orders efficiently
- Monitor and manage fabric inventory on a daily basis
- Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory reports
- Classify fabrics based on type texture and usage for sales optimization
- Provide fabric recommendations based on fashion trends and customer needs
- Support product selection and styling using fashion design knowledge
- Assist in creating appealing product presentations for online platforms
- Collaborate on social media marketing to increase engagement and conversions
- Identify sales opportunities and actively contribute to revenue growth
Requirements
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in online sales and order management
- Strong background in fabric knowledge (mandatory)
- Fashion design knowledge or experience (highly preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar platforms
- Experience in social media platforms (Instagram TikTok WhatsApp Business)
- Strong sales communication and customer service skills
- Ability to upsell and guide customers based on fabric and design suitability
- Experience in inventory management and reporting
- Ability to prepare structured stock and inventory reports
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop (preferred)
- Previous UAE sales experience is an advantage
