ملخص الوظيفة

This role will support the Management Accounts Department with a strong focus on Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable bank reconciliations monthly close support and VAT-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Payable activities including invoice processing and payment support
  • Support Accounts Receivable activities including invoicing and follow-up
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of records
  • Assist with month-end close and basic financial reporting
  • Support VAT reporting and audit-related requirements
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day finance operations


Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
  • 35 years of accounting experience
  • Hands-on experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Experience with bank reconciliations
  • Working knowledge of VAT reporting and UAE financial regulations
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
