This role will support the Management Accounts Department with a strong focus on Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable bank reconciliations monthly close support and VAT-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable activities including invoice processing and payment support
- Support Accounts Receivable activities including invoicing and follow-up
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of records
- Assist with month-end close and basic financial reporting
- Support VAT reporting and audit-related requirements
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day finance operations
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- 35 years of accounting experience
- Hands-on experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Experience with bank reconciliations
- Working knowledge of VAT reporting and UAE financial regulations
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
