We are currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in bulk / high-volume hiring particularly for customer-facing roles to be based onsite in the UAE.
This position requires a hands-on recruitment professional who is actively involved in the full hiring cycle from sourcing to onboarding rather than relying solely on third-party agencies.
The role will also involve regional hiring exposure with a focus on talent markets across Southeast Asia and Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver end-to-end bulk hiring projects
- Recruit for customer-facing and operational roles
- Take a hands-on approach in sourcing screening and interviewing candidates
- Build talent pipelines across Southeast Asia and African markets
- Manage and coordinate with external recruitment vendors and partners
- Ensure hiring targets are met within timelines
Requirements
Required Skills:
Certification as a Barista Trainer from a recognized institution. Minimum of 2 years of experience in barista training especially in 5-star hotels. Strong skills and expertise in coffee making and mixology. Proficient in Arabic and English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students. Experience in developing and delivering training programs. Passion for coffee and the hospitality industry.
