We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports property marketing branding and digital campaigns. This role requires strong design skills creativity and the ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design marketing materials for real estate projects (brochures flyers banners social media posts)
- Create property listings visuals and promotional campaigns
- Develop branding elements for projects and campaigns
- Design digital ads for platforms (Google Meta etc.)
- Edit images and enhance property photos
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs
- Prepare print-ready files for production
- Create presentations (Pitch Decks / Company Profiles)
- Support video team with thumbnails and simple motion graphics (if required)
Requirements
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Photoshop
- Basic knowledge of:
- Adobe After Effects / Premiere (Plus)
- Adobe After Effects / Premiere (Plus)
- Strong understanding of:
- Branding
- Layout & Typography
- Color theory
- Branding
- Experience in social media design
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in real estate marketing (preferred)
- Experience with property portals or listings
- Knowledge of UAE market is a plus
Required Skills:
Proven experience in real estate or marketing videography Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects or Final Cut Pro) Strong knowledge of camera equipment lighting and sound recording Excellent eye for detail in interior and exterior property shooting Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
