School Principal British Curriculum

We are seeking a highly skilled visionary and experienced educational leader to serve as Principal of the British Curriculum School Branch. The successful candidate will oversee the strategic direction daily management and overall success of the school while ensuring that academic standards and pastoral care remain exemplary across all year groups. The Principal will inspire staff students and parents alike through dynamic leadership and a clear vision for educational excellence.

Provide strategic leadership in line with the schools mission vision and values.

Ensure effective implementation of the British curriculum (EYFS Key Stages 15 including IGCSE and A Levels) adapted to the needs of an international student body.

Drive high standards of teaching learning and assessment across all phases of the school.

Lead motivate and support staff to achieve professional excellence and continuous improvement.

Oversee school operations policies and compliance with UK and UAE educational regulations as well as international accreditation standards.

Foster an inclusive and nurturing learning environment that supports both the academic and personal development of every student.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with parents staff and the wider school community.

Manage budgets resources and facilities effectively to ensure efficiency and sustainability.

Requirements

Masters degree in Education or a closely related field

Minimum of 8 years of proven leadership experience in international schools with significant experience in the British curriculum.

Strong knowledge of UK inspection frameworks (e.g. Ofsted BSO) and curriculum standards.

Demonstrated ability to lead whole-school operations curriculum design and staff professional development.

Excellent communication interpersonal organizational and decision-making skills.

Experience working within diverse multicultural school communities.

Deep passion for delivering outstanding British education to students from varied cultural and academic backgrounds.
