Contract: Full-time fixed term for 2 years
Aston Education is working with The School of Research Science a thriving and vibrant international school in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. They are looking for a full-time Psychology Lead Practitioner (Lead Teacher) to start in September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for an excellent Teacher of Psychology or a middle leader to develop their leadership skills in supporting colleagues in strengthening their practice.

The job responsibilities include:
As a Psychology Lead Practitioner youll work across KS4 and KS5 and provide high quality coaching and subject-specific CPD to Psychology teachers to achieve sustained improvements in teaching and learning.
Youll implement and monitor strategies to raise the achievement of targeted Psychology students and act as a champion for SEND students.
Youll teach Psychology across KS4 and KS5 and prepare the students for iGCSE and A level exams.
Skills and Qualifications required:
- PGCE and QTS / QTLS
- Degree in Psychology or related field
- Successful UK teaching experience in Psychology at secondary school level
- Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Psychology
- Proven track record of improving teaching and learning
- Commitment to excellence inclusivity and community
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
