Job Title: - Construction Superintendent Lifting Offshore 6 weeks on/ 3 weeks off

KBR Abu Dhabi is currently looking to fill a position of Construction Superintendent - Lifting for an Offshore Project to be based initially for some time Office and then move to Offshore Site on 6 weeks/ 3 weeks rotation ( as per client requirement).

The Construction Superintendent Lifting (Offshore) is responsible for planning coordinating and supervising all offshore lifting operations including crane and marinerelated lifts ensuring operations are executed safely efficiently and in full compliance with offshore regulations and project requirements. This role plays a critical part in managing SIMOPS weathersensitive lifting activities and interface coordination between offshore construction marine and HSE teams.

Key Responsibilities

Offshore Lifting & Crane Operations

• Plan supervise and control all offshore lifting operations including routine heavy and critical lifts.
• Review approve and implement offshore lifting plans method statements and risk assessments.
• Ensure correct selection and utilization of offshore cranes pedestal cranes vessel cranes and lifting accessories.
• Oversee lifting activities involving platforms jackets modules subsea items and equipment transfer.
• Coordinate lifts between offshore facilities and supply vessels barges and jackup rigs.

Requirements

• Minimum Overall 17 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry.
• Having minimum 5 years of previous experience working in ADNOC Projects. 1015 years of construction experience with 5 years in offshore lifting supervision.
• Proven experience in offshore construction platform jacket or marine lifting operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing heavy complex and weathersensitive offshore lifts.
• Must have worked at least 5 years of experience in similar position for mega oil and gas FEED/ EPC project ( more than US$ 1 Billion)
• Bachelors degree in Engineering is a MUST.
