Job Summary
Lead and drive the heavy truck sales division achieving revenue targets expanding market presence and strengthening customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

The key duties and responsibilities of the Sales Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Monitor sales performance and market trends to inform strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in heavy truck or commercial vehicle sales management.

  • Strong leadership negotiation and sales skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of the heavy truck market and customer needs.
