Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Dubai United Arab Emirates
Nationality: UAE National
Employment Type: Full-Time
ROLE SUMMARY
Supports the talent acquisition team in sourcing screening and coordinating interviews for open roles across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Post job advertisements on relevant portals including Nafis LinkedIn Indeed etc
Screen CVs and conduct initial phone screenings
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data
Assist in maintaining and updating employee records (hard and soft copies).
Coordinate with universities and career fairs to source fresh talent
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in HR Psychology or Business
Fresh candidates with genuine interest in HR or recruitment are encouraged to apply.
UAE National only (Emirati).
Attention to detail organization and multitasking ability.
Bilingual Arabic/English required
