Job Summary: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic B2B Sales Closer to drive new business growth for their fast-growing digital marketing agency in Dubai. As a proven sales professional with a track record in high-ticket service sales youll be responsible for closing qualified leads nurturing high-potential prospects and representing the agency in key sales conversations with mid-size and large organizations.
Key Responsibilities: - Sales Process: Manage sales from discovery to close ensuring high conversion rates. - Lead Qualification: Qualify leads and convert them into high-value clients using value-based selling. - Sales Calls: Conduct consultative calls to understand client needs and position our services. - Proposals: Develop and present custom proposals with our strategy team. - Collaboration: Work with marketing and outreach teams to optimize the sales funnel and drive revenue growth. - Performance Tracking: Forecast revenue track KPIs and report on sales performance. - Client Relationships: Maintain strong communication with clients before handover to account management. Requirements: - Experience: 5-8 years of B2B sales experience in UAE with a track record of closing 5-6 figure deals. - Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing performance marketing and growth services. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with experience dealing with C-level executives. - Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence to drive value-based sales conversations. - Self-Motivation: Results-driven and target-focused with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. - Technical Skills: Experience with CRMs and sales automation tools.
