ملخص الوظيفة
- Specialized Inspection: Perform Ultrasonic Testing (UT) on TKY joints (tubular connections) including shear wave scanning.
- Aramco Standards: Ensure all inspections comply with strict Saudi Aramco standards such as SATIP-NDE-UT-01.
- Data Analysis: Evaluate and document inspection findings for piping structural steel or vessel joints.
- Procedures: Follow established UT procedures for butt joints and T-K-Y connections often in offshore or heavy industrial environments.
Qualifications :
- Aramco Approval: A valid Aramco approval card as a UT Technician is mandatory specifically for TKY joints.
- Certification: ASNT/PCN Level II certification in Ultrasonic Testing (UT).
- Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in NDT particularly with UT TKY joints in oil and gas projects.
