Position: Lifting Foreman
Salary: 6800 AED
Location: Abu Dhabi
Rotataion: 60/30
Key Responsibilities Lifting & Rigging (Offshore)
- Supervise and coordinate all lifting and rigging activities to ensure safe compliant and efficient operations.
- Lead lifting teams and ensure adherence to ADNOC lifting standards HSE requirements and operational procedures.
- Support offshore logistics by ensuring cargo is lifted handled and positioned safely and on time.
Operational Duties
- Supervise day-to-day lifting operations in line with approved lifting plans and procedures.
- Coordinate with riggers crane operators signalers and lifting crews during cargo handling and equipment movement.
- Oversee both routine and non-routine lifting activities ensuring safe execution and proper load control.
Planning & Verification
- Review lifting plans risk assessments and load calculations for complex or critical lifts.
- Verify load weight center of gravity rigging selection and equipment suitability prior to lifting.
- Ensure proper communication and signaling is maintained during all lifting activities.
Inspection & Compliance
- Conduct pre-use inspections of cranes rigging gear shackles slings spreader bars and lifting accessories.
- Verify equipment certifications color coding and compliance with inspection schedules.
- Identify tag and isolate defective lifting equipment and initiate repair or replacement.
Marine & Deck Operations
- Supervise loading and unloading of supply vessels ensuring safe lifting correct securing and proper stowage.
- Ensure safe handling of hazardous materials fragile cargo and heavy lifts.
- Maintain clear deck space and ensure hazardous zones are properly controlled.
