Acme Corp 12, a leading Real Estate company in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing top talent to drive our organization's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates

- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and manage the full recruitment process

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements

- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a strong talent pipeline

- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to enhance the selection process

- Coordinate recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company brand

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR role

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD)

- Experience in the real estate or property management sector
