Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.

- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements.

- Utilize online platforms and social media to source potential candidates.

- Negotiate job offers and conduct onboarding processes for new hires.

- Maintain updated records of recruitment activities and candidate information.

- Monitor recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process efficiency.

Requirements & Skills:

- 5-8 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field.

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in HR or Recruitment.

- Experience in the IT or tech industry.
