Job Summary
As a Commission-Based Sales Consultant you will drive the growth of AutoSuite a cloud-based garage management platform by identifying and closing deals with auto repair shop owners. Youll work independently to solve their operational pain pointssuch as invoicing job tracking and customer managementthrough consultative selling and demonstrate clear ROI. This role is fully remote commission-only and focused on high-performance sales with no base salary or corporate overhead.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify garage owners who need better software solutions
- Conduct discovery calls to understand their pain points in invoicing job tracking and customer management
- Demo AutoSuite and show tangible ROI: faster invoicing improved customer experience and reduced paperwork
- Close deals by moving prospects from interested to signed through consultative selling
- Introduce customers to the support team (one call handoff completed)
- Provide weekly deal updates to leadership
- Work from anywherefully remote with no commute
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Experience selling B2B software SaaS or business services
- Proven ability to cold call cold email and follow up without being pushyconsultative selling not pressure
- Understanding of the auto repair industry (or willingness to learn it quickly)
- Comfort with rejection and persistence in follow-up
- Ability to close deals independently with no hand-holding
- Strong pipeline management and tracking skills
- Desire to earn based on performance not corporate structure
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in automotive software or B2B sales
- Experience with SaaS or cloud-based platforms

**Earnings Example**: Close 30 customers at AED 2200 annual billing each AED 66000 monthly revenue
- 20% commission AED 13200/month
