We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chargehand HVAC to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Chargehand you will lead and supervise a team of HVAC technicians ensuring the efficient installation maintenance and repair of heating ventilation and air conditioning systems in commercial and industrial settings.

Oversee and coordinate HVAC installation maintenance and repair projects
Assign tasks and manage the daily activities of HVAC technicians
Conduct quality inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and provide technical guidance to team members
Develop and implement project plans ensuring timely completion within budget
Maintain accurate records of work performed materials used and time spent on projects
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on job sites
Collaborate with clients contractors and other stakeholders to address concerns and meet project requirements
Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and energyefficient practices
Mentor and train junior technicians to improve their skills and knowledge

Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
2 years of supervisory experience in the HVAC field
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education is preferred
Valid HVAC certification (e.g. NATE EPA)
Current safety certifications (e.g. OSHA)
Extensive knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Effective communication skills both verbal and written
Proficient in using project management and HVACrelated software
Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability practices in HVAC systems
Ability to work in various environmental conditions and at heights
Valid drivers license and ability to travel to different job sites within Dubai
