Role Overview
Were looking for a sharp datadriven Growth Hacker to help us scale smarter. Youll sit at the intersection of data automation marketing and product working closely with our Chief Growth Officer to design build and optimize growth engines across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Requirements
- 3 years in a growth CRM marketing ops or automation role
- Strong grasp of data funnels segmentation and experimentation
- Experience with marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot Intercom etc.)
- Comfort working with APIs nocode tools and AI platforms (e.g. OpenAI Zapier Make)
- Bonus: SQL Python or prompt engineering chops
- Even bigger bonus: Experience in fintech or regulated markets
