Job description

We are seeking an Accountant to support the organizations financial operations by maintaining accurate records preparing reports and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and internal procedures. This role involves handling day-to-day accounting activities supporting financial reporting cycles and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between operational and financial data. The successful candidate will contribute to monitoring financial performance supporting reconciliations and assisting in maintaining structured financial systems that enable effective decision-making. You will also play a role in improving processes ensuring accuracy in financial documentation and supporting audits and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting Finance Commerce or a related field
36 years of experience in accounting preferably within industrial manufacturing or construction-related environments
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes
Experience with accounting systems or ERP platforms is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Excel and general data analysis
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams
