Apt Resources is seeking a competent and proactive Restaurant Floor Supervisor to join our clients prestigious dining establishment in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the floor operations ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining smooth coordination between front-of-house staff and kitchen teams.
In this role you will play a key part in elevating the dining experience by supervising daily restaurant activities training and supporting staff and promptly addressing guest needs and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the restaurant floor operations to ensure efficient and flawless service.
- Lead and motivate the floor staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to manage guest orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Train and mentor new and existing staff on service standards and processes.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of the dining area to uphold company standards.
- Assist management with inventory control and stock management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Floor Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and guest-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in restaurant management software and MS Office.
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays.
