Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Junior Corporate Consultant to join our multinational team. The ideal candidate is a professional with a bachelor degree 3 years of hands-on UAE experience and a strong technical aptitude. You must possess exceptional English skills (Native English is preferred) and solid experience with UAE legal portals (DET Free Zone Immigration Municipality etc.) to ensure seamless legal and corporate operations.
This position strengthens our corporate services division by ensuring efficient business set-up execution regulatory compliance and seamless coordination across UAE authorities.
The role directly contributes to client acquisition service delivery speed and operational credibility.
- Independently manage business set-up files from licensing to bank account opening
- Coordinate successfully across multiple UAE free zones and mainland authorities
- Maintain 100% documentation compliance for immigration and corporate filings
- Support KYC and AML documentation processes with accuracy
- Demonstrate strong client communication and project coordination skills
Handle projects from business set-up through bank account opening to immigration in all zones in the UAE coordinating for legalisation of documents translations etc:
- All Free Zones: DMCC IFZA Meydan JAFZA DAFZA ADGM DIFC etc.
- All Mainland Zones particularly DET and ADDED
- Immigration Systems
- Legalisation Systems
- Bank Account Set-Up
- Compliance KYC AML check and handling
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree (minimum) in Business Finance Legal or related.
- Experience: 2 years minimum as Business and Immigration Consultant in the UAE
- Language: Excellent English (reading writing speaking)
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook) understand CRM
- Attitude: Professional polite resourceful open-minded detail-oriented team player
Preferred Experience
- Certified in Compliance or Governance (ICA ACAMS)
- Experience as Corporate Secretary
- Experience with Foundations SPVs Cell Companies (DIFC ADGM RAKICC)
- Valid UAE Driving License with own car
- Arabic speaking is a plus
