We are looking for physically fit and hardworking Construction Helpers to join a major construction project in Abu Dhabi. As a Construction Helper you will provide essential physical support on job sites assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring the site remains safe and productive.
Key Responsibilities
Site Prep & Maintenance: Clear debris and hazards to maintain a clean workspace.
Material Handling: Load unload and transport materials machinery and tools across the site.
Trade Support: Assist carpenters plumbers and electricians by holding materials or passing tools.
Structural Work: Help assemble and dismantle scaffolding bracing and barricades.
Earthwork: Dig trenches backfill holes and compact earth using manual tools.
Equipment Operation: Operate basic machinery such as drills saws grinders and concrete mixers.
Requirements
- Work Experience: Fresher
- Skills: Basic knowledge of construction assistance and physical stamina.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to work 10-hour shifts in challenging outdoor environments.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and commitment to safety regulations.
