We are currently supporting the recruitment of several sales professionals for a renowned international
Company. Currently, we are looking for a Sales Representative to join their Abu Dhabi Office.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from proposal stage through project execution and final handover to the customer.
- Initiate customer engagement, negotiate new contracts, and ensure all documentation complies with company commercial policies and procedures.
- Achieve assigned sales targets in line with business objectives and internal guidelines.
- Work closely with the installation team into ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
- Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, developers, and other key industry stakeholders to promote products and secure future opportunities.
- Drive customer acquisition while strengthening long-term client relationships and loyalty.
- Manage collections in accordance with contractual payment terms for each project.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Team-oriented with the ability to motivate and collaborate toward shared goals.
- Results-driven, resilient under pressure, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a technical or related industry.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
- Familiarity with and experience working within Abu Dhabi market/areas is preferred.
