ملخص الوظيفة
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed landscape and irrigation shop drawings sections and details as per project specifications and standards.
- Interpret landscape design drawings and convert them into accurate and executable CAD drawings.
- Prepare asbuilt drawings based on site modifications.
- Coordinate with engineers architects and site teams to ensure compliance with design and project requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings and documentation.
- Conduct site visits when necessary to gather information or verify drawings.
- Maintain proper documentation of all drawing files and revisions.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of proven drafting experience in landscaping projects within the UAE/GCC.
- Background in any landscaping companies in the GCC.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software; knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus.
- Good understanding of landscape elements including softscape hardscape and irrigation systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality work within deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE.
- Available for immediate joining.
