Motivate Media Group is expanding and looking for dynamic Sales Professionals to join our Abu Dhabi office. If you re focused practical and have a can-do attitude we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will be proactive entrepreneurial and able to identify and capitalise on commercial opportunities to drive revenue across our multi-platform media portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales across our brand portfolio to achieve monthly revenue targets
- Sell creative advertising and sponsorship solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Support advertisers with campaign strategy performance tracking and renewals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
Requirements
- 2 3 years minimum experience in media sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent customer service and time management
- Knowledge of UAE press and publication laws
- Strong initiative and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Valid UAE driving license

Graduate in Journalism or related course. Background in business journalism or finance. Minimum of 5 years and above relevant professional work experience.
