Responsibilities:

Support and coordinate jobs with Technicians.
Respond to clients concerns promptly.
Respond to Relationship Managers requests.
Post Fitment Job.
Assist the Operations team if a task is assigned.
Managing basic IT tasks

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering
Technically independent with good initiative
Good communication skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving ability
High level of attention to detail
Proficient in English Arabic and basic Hindi/Urdu an advantage
