About ClearGrid
ClearGrid is revolutionizing the debt resolution industry with cuttingedge AI and advanced analytics. We leverage realtime data machine learning and automation to optimize debt recovery for financial institutions. As we scale our technology team we are looking for a Backend Engineer to build and optimize highperformance services.
Role Overview
As a Technical Product Manager (TPM) at ClearGrid you will be the bridge between engineering design and business teams. You will define product roadmaps prioritize features and ensure seamless of technical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with engineering teams (backend frontend data AI) to develop scalable solutions.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance user experience.
- Manage Agile/Scrum workflows and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve product features.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (SAMA UAE Central Bank).
Requirements
- Experience: 5 years in product management in a technical domain.
- Technical Background: Strong understanding of Spring Boot Python AWS and GCP.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience with Scrum Kanban and Agile best practices.
- Cloud & Data Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Problemsolving: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
